My best friend makes her own hot sauce. It will burn through a glass canning jar. So hot it burns through it's own and any other calories it touches. I can't tolerate it's heat but hubby smothers his scrambled eggs with it. Lol

I live in the land of green chilies, so sometimes I use those. But somewhere back, I discovered I prefer salsa on my eggs over Ketchup.
