This weekend was hard. Have battled sinus headaches most of the weekend - this morning was aweful. Fought some emotional eating today. Participated in an outdoor market on Saturday - did well that day. I took carrots and hummus (sp) and a cheese snack as morning snacks. That helped greatly. Today was a bit hard but did pretty good. I ate too many calories for lunch - had a shrimp dish at Applebees that was 500 calories. Still did Ok. But worried about tomorrow because not prepared for lunch or dinner. Sinus headaches set me back a bit. Will probably have to make a visit to the grocery store for an ingredient or 2.

Getting sick always set me back mainly with exercising. When I get sinuses, it takes all my might to work out. Usually, by the time I get off of work, I feel like I've been runned over. :( Sinuses suck!! Hang in there, you'll get yourself back in order soon!
