I've now been on the extreme fatsmash diet for 4 days. i can tell it's going to be really good for me. i can't wait to weigh in on Tues. I've been following the diet really well and seem to be in good control of my temptations. the fact that i can have 5 hersey kisses if needed really helps. stay tuned!

Congrats on your 4 days. I am waiting for my book to arrive so that I can get started. But I have been eatting healthy since I started excerising. How much weight are you suppose to lose on this diet?
