Slow day so far... I have to take my kitty into the doctor (one of my kitties)... she has this terrible skin allergy - scratching and biting, losing all her fur... it's awful. I feel so bad for her I don't know what to do, so hopefully the vet can help because we can't move out of this house for a few more months... (and we think it might be something in this house, as it just started when we moved down here).
Worked in the lab today... back and forth from campus three times, to the wetlab and the fisheries office and back... some of the dang water tests make you wait 20 minutes, doing nothing, before you can run them. So I messed around, did some kickups, yoga, lol nothing serious, but something to bide my time while waiting. Not recording that, just as standing, but still.
Depending on how tired we are, I might want to go fishing tonight, but I think I'll wait until the weekend again... I can't miss GLEE! Tomorrow might work too if it's nice, I can miss Wednesday night shows, lol. But not Tuesday or Thursday! (Glee, Community, The Office)... sad I know right?
Pushed it hard last night on the Wii, burned like 500 calories. I love that step aerobics. I can burn almost 300 calories in just under 30 minutes. I DON'T, however, enjoy the fact that those games (Wii Active, Wii Fit, and More Active) make me feel bad when I don't play them! LoL - I do other things for exercise, but the games are like "where have you been?"... ah well. I weighed in this morning just cause I hate seeing it say 5 days ago for my weigh in... Hopefully I can post some sort of loss by this weekend... But I have a feeling that from about this point down, it's going to be a challenge to get the pounds off.
