Texas Heat's Logboek, 01 aug 18

Well, today was bench day and I didn't get my 380 but I did at least settle on the 370 pyramid for two weeks in a row so hopefully I will get the 380 next week. I also weighed in at 227 so on a positive note, at least I haven't gained anything :) I'm gonna make jambalaya with chicken and lean sausage tonight if it turns out, I will post a pic. I hope to put in at least a 45 minute walk also after dinner if all goes as planned.
