I am ashamed to have gained a few pounds this week. We had events in our church and I was extremely busy and couldn’t go home to eat so I ate what my Sisters ate. Not Keto friendly. So now I have to pay the consequences. Started a water fast at 10:30 last night. I have never gotten past 16 hours, but we shall see... Even though it hurts me to post this weight, I love the fact that FS makes me more accountable! The important thing when we slip is to ALWAYS get back on track:)
84,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Did that last weekend with my grand daughters and just arrived back where I was at. It happens. Time is ur side, just go with the flow. We didn’t get overweight over night so losing it may not be overnight either

Shame is insidious. Fight back by giving yourself grace. You'll make smarter choices next time. They say it's a marathon, so in the whole journey this is just an insignificant blip.

You have to allow some wiggy room to enjoy the “bad” food. But be smart about getting right back on track... I always allow my Saturday to be a little more flexible not crazy but I don’t get mad eating out one meal and having a few drinks. You gotta live too :) Sunday back to it...or I switch my days depending

Whocares2017, I always allow a little wiggle room each week. But this was almost a week straight of eating bad. Thank you to everyone:) I am bouncing back.
