Well, my Doctor said I can't workout like I want to for at least a week. My muscle enzyme CPK is supposed to be in the 24-204 range and my blood work suggests it's at 863. Well hell, I workout and train hard but since I had a heart attack in 2017 he insists I take it easy until further results are done. I know it will set me back but I guess I'll do what he says, kinda. The good news is I lost 3 pounds from my last weigh in whoop!!!! Happy Monday everyone :)

True Baskington, I will just take it easy but I have to do something in the gym. I just wont lift heavy that shouldnt affect those enzymes.
