Tired of the same old thing. Time to eat something new and really good in order to keep motivation going! Lunch is a BIG MAC and fries. Sooooo good. However, it will mean salad for supper. I don't mind since I ate what I REALLY wanted and counted every calorie of it!!! Enjoying it today! Have to remember preservatives and salt however, so not a daily treat.
well! i just blew this day... instead of supper had 2 funkin donuts... what can I say. that is terrible!!! try again tomorrow!
