I haven't been writing down what I have been eating because it's mostly fresh foods and there isn't a way to track that. I could look it up, but there's really no reason because I know that I'm not going over my limit. I have been losing weight and my clothes are fitting better! I think I am a lot less bloated too since eating better and starting probiotics. I'm having a hard time finding motivation to go to the gym because I am extremely tired all the time, but walking the dog and doing the normal chores around the house keep me moving. I have been doing quite well except for my little McDonald's ice cream cone slip yesterday. :) I didn't eat the cone though! Sweets are the killer for me. I picked up some artificial sweetener this weekend though so I should be able to get away with that. Plus some sugar free jello so i can still have my desert!
