So, I'm really trying today to make healthy choices for snacking and eating. I think I've done alright so far. I mean, sure - canned cherries aren't as good as fresh, and same with sweet potatoes, but they're both better than say... macaroni and cheese, or cookies. Eh, I feel like I'm doing good. I need to digest my meal and kick out a good workout. Trying to get my sleep back on track today.
