Shanelle05's Logboek, 28 aug 12

I did my 4:2 walk/run intervals this morning. I thought maybe I've had to skip it. Yesterday at work I leaned forward at my desk and felt a pop in my back. After that my back was hurting bad. It was still hurting when I went to bed last night. Thank goodness when I got up this morning it was fine. I still got to do my run!!! Yay! I was so happy.... I was supposed to lift weights yesterday after work but I did skip that because of my back. I'll do it tomorrow.
