So freakin' hungry today. :( My stomach was growling like a bear 1/2 hour before I usually eat lunch. Salad for lunch kept me full for like an hour. Just had a NutriGrain bar which normally is good for you but not on this no/lo-cal thing. I added one extra week to my Adkins Induction Phase because I felt guilty about my couple of cheat days in the last two weeks. It's so hard to keep food in the house. There is so much processed food from what we used to eat and we can't have any of it now. If I could find the time to exercise in the next couple days, I think I will be able to hit the 130's!! I am so excited about that. It's been around 3ish years since I was there during normal days. Not counting the summer after my divorce where I literally didn't eat.
