Shanelle05's Logboek, 30 aug 12

4:2 walk/run intervals done today... I was exhausted for some reason so it was hard to push through but I got it done. One more day of 4:2 and I move up to 3:3 walk/run.... Hopefully my legs can handle it. If not I'll do 4:2 for another few days and then move up.

For some reason I have been craving hot foods meaning spicy... I don't normally eat spicy foods so this is weird to me... I need hot!!!
