Today I decided to measure myself and was really pleased with the results. I have lost 1.5" from my bust, waist is almost 0.5" down but not enough to really count, 2" from my hips and 1" from my thighs. I do not expect to always lose inches but this has been so encouraging. I did find that my food bill was a bit higher than usual this week but this is because I chose my snacks a bit more carefully a didn't buy the crap that I have previously been purchasing. I don't buy too much fruit as I do not always eat it so this is wasted funds, at least I eat the lower fat snacks that I buy and I don't feel deprived.
