Merekat's Logboek, 02 sep 12

Some days I find it hard to eat enough calories without increasing my fat intake for the day. Bread & jam (no butter) seems to be a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth and give me this much needed boost. It's just getting into the right mindset and remembering this simple snack, as well as making sure I've got the stuff in the house.
