Started 3:3 walk/run intervals yesterday.... I'm feeling it today :) My legs are sore. Last week was 4:2 walk/run. I was kinda worried, I wasn't sure if I was ready but I didn't have any problems. I normally run first thing in the morning. Yesterday we decided to go to the MIL's house. She lives in my hubbys hometown. We live about 45 minutes away. I didn't have time to run in the morning so I ran after we got home last night.. That was a mistake. I was up all night last night with sore aching legs. Never again.. Running only in the morning for me. I've learned my lesson.

Diet-wise I didn't do to bad. Yesterday was my indulgence day. I ate a few things we haven't eaten in a long time. My hubby didn't do so well, he ate until the bursting point and then complained he ate too much. I told him there's a difference between eating something you don't normally eat when you're hungry and eating it just because you never eat it. He had a brat patty, a hot dog, AND a cheese burger, chips/dip, and a huge pile of potato salad... Really?? You're hungry for all that? He just wanted to eat all that because we never eat stuff like that anymore... Don't complain to me that you don't feel good, no one tied your arms behind your back and forced you to eat it. I only had a brat and 1 hot dog, a small portion of potato salad and a few chips.

** TMI Warning :) ** I've been taking fiber pills for a few weeks now. I can tell when I don't take them. Even though I have been slacking on my veggies lately... When I was eating a lot more veggies that still didn't help. The only thing that has worked has been the extra fiber I get taking the pills. When I don't take them I get constipated and I don't go for 3-4 days. When I take them I go every day.
