Feeling down today, went for a walk and my muscles were sore which made the walk difficult. I will not walk for a couple of days to ease my muscles. Weigh in today with only a 0.6 loss, I'm not complaining but I feel I could have done better if I could have stayed under 1200 cal/day, Oh well keep it moving. I will miss the walk tomorrow it helps clear my mind.
