I always look forward to the 1st of any month because I always think to myself, "Okay, this month, everything will be green! I won't go over my 1400 calories! Even if I have company, or go travelling for two or three days."
Shin splints! Again! Argh. I desperately need new running shoes. Trying not to let it get me down. I'll do home exercises - crunches, resistance band, and my adorable 1kg weight - and then clean the house for my father in law's arrival... on the 1st!
