Where to start.... I've been eating more snacks :( less veggies :( haven't felt like exercising :( I'm still very tired and sore whenever I do any kind of activity.... All of this has caused me to plateau. I'm not so upset this time. I know there are medical issues stopping me from losing the weight I want. I'm hungry all the time. Once I get everything figured out medically hopefully I'll start losing again. Until then my goal is to not gain weight... Steady is good.
