Prava's Logboek, 12 apr 08

A loss of .4lbs recorded and I feel I may have stalled a bit, following the plan 100% and it's starting to frustrate me a bit. I'm reminded though that a loss of 11.2lbs in three weeks is great going and that's my motivator!

I stalled for over a month and all of a sudden I'll drop a few. Don't get discouraged, just be patient and wait it out.
