Realised that I needed to recalculate my RDI to accommodate my new weight. I have also gone for weight loss rather than slow weight loss and the daily reduction is 300 cals. I can live with that as I do find that most week days I have not eaten my full quota. Bread & jam still seems to be the best option I have found as it satisfies my sweet tooth as well as filling me up and increasing the calories without the fat. I hope to see further weight loss at the end of my current fortnight before weigh in day. We'll see.....
