I’m starting to feel a difference in how my pants fit!! I did have three cheat meals this week. I’m proud because they were cheat meals only and in the past one cheat meals meant an entire cheat day which would lead to days before I was back in my diet. Also I did NOT have any sugar or sweets with my cheat meals and especially no coke, which I think was harder to stay away. I kept thinking well I’m already cheating why not get a coke as well with my meal, BUT I didn’t. So that was good and maybe that is what kept me on track instead of completely falling off the wagon.
