I believe my weight loss is a combo of being sick (a nasty stomach virus) and my new medication. I'm glad to finally be out of the 220's.... Where I've been for probably 3-4 months now. Now maybe I'll be able to start exercising. I've started learning how to bake. This will not be good for my waistline... I'll just have to watch it and not overeat.
