A very interesting thing has been happening for the past two days. Whatever I have weighed in the morning is the exact weight I have in the evening. How odd is that?
Well, if the weight is the same, I am hoping that tomorrow morning I will have a weight loss to report, just like I did today.

gram, for some odd reason, I feel so thirsty all the time. For the first time in ages, I woke up in the night to drink water. Normally that would be swiftly followed by a trip to the bathroom but I slept through it all! Perhaps I am in ketosis and that is causing the weight balance and the constant thirsty feeling?

that is odd, as I weigh different all throughout the day. That's a good thing for you though. =) How tall are you? I take it your shorter than 5'7 (me)??

Lorik, I was 5' 5" in high school but a doctors visit a few years ago put me at 5' 3.5" so I decided to go midway and call it 5' 4"! Basically put, I am shorter than you!
I think its because I am on Atkins Induction and try to keep my intake of fats high that my weight seems to be static. By the way, my weight does fluctuate throughout the day, just that when I weigh myself before going to bed, it was the same!!
