Below 130 lb. for the first time in 10 yrs! I am doing a little jig, though I will probably go up tomorrow. Weight fluctuating a lot. Lost 1.4 lb in 1 day, which is a lot for me. I think it is water weight. I tend to retain water in hot weather.The temp. drop yesterday made me lose the retained fluid, and I actually noticed it; But, it has again left me feeling weak,tired and hence, worried. May be it is due to lost electrolytes. I will try to increase Sodium and Potassium intake. Well tomorrow is another day.
