It was tasty but at 593 calories for a quesadilla I'm not sure I'll be having that very often

Quesadillas will get ya. I had one today and even using just one tortilla was still a lot of calories.

Mission has Carb Balance flour tortillas with only 70 calories and 6 Net Carbs. Sometimes we can have the same thing, just prepared in a much healthier way.

I use Ole low carb wheat or Ole spinach tortillas. Only 50 cals and 9 carbs. I make wraps and quesadillas. Yummy!

Thank you, Debbie and Diana, I'll have to try those alternatives. Only problem is my husband is picky. I'll just have to try them til I find one we both like.
