Wow, I'm starting to figure out I have no concept of calorie content. Did not think this would be more than 700 calories. I'm not eating meat today and it's shopping day so I had to cobble together a lunch. I'm definitely going to need to plan better.

Update: My eyes are bigger than my stomach. I didn't end up eating the pretzels and hummus and only ate half the artichokes. Still figuring things out. Baby steps. One day at a time.
