My coworker brought them in and my resistance finally failed. I need to remember to bring in healthy snacks to remove the temptation.

Yes, it is always good to have a healthy alternative on hand when temptation strikes! I especially like the Atkins Endulge bars because they taste like having a candy bar (Mounds, Payday, Baby Ruth, Reese's Cup), but they are low Net Carbs AND many have a good amount of fiber in them! Kills two birds with one stone, and tastes DELICIOUS!

Can make keto bread, bagels, pancakes.

Plan for next time, but don't stress about the occasional indulgence. You can balance it out over the rest of the week.
