zest7's Logboek, 16 apr 19

I have spent most of the past 6 weeks traveling.
Needless to say, other than limited walking, I have not been to the Y much at all. I am back! My goal is 6 days a week at the Y. My eating will be mostly the Mediterranean diet. Lots of salads, veg, chicken and fish.
