Today is kick boxing with Ruth. I have kind of reached a plateau with my weight i think. Any suggestions on what to do? I know the lower your weight the harder to lose. I have decided to not weigh for a few days. I don't want to get discouraged. I am going to eat reasonably over the 4th.
