Aaahhhh,
I'm struggling so bad right now !!! My mom is in town and staying at my place, my mom is one of those people that can eat whatever she wants, whenever she wants and never gains weight :( Sadly I take after my dad in that department lol !!! Anyways, when I'm alone I find that I have been doing quite well avoiding temptation, but it has seemingly gone out the window while my mom is here, I have my weigh-in on Tuesday and I'm truly scared for what that scale is going to say !!!! I need to find a way to be strong no matter who is around !!!

It is so difficult to be around people who have never had a weight problem. They don't have the first clue what it is like. If they did, they would be so supportive and encouraging. Just stay true to yourself, and you will make it through this visit.

Thanks Pam, I appreciate your words of support !!! I know my mom means well, and she is being very supportive, but it's almost like "you're doing so well, let's go have a treat" just like when I was a kid !!!! :)
