Wow, I thought i might kind of spurge today and have quesadillas. I looked them up on the food diary and WOW. Changed my mind pretty quick. They are like 1500 cal and RDI for the whole day. I guess i will rethink lunch. I did body pump again today. I think I will do it again on Tues. I had to laugh when Brooke said it would take 3 months to show some definition. I hope to get a picture this weekend to update my profile. Maybe I will be brave and do a whole body shot!
