I've been taking Youththeory Collagen, I picked it up from Costco. Seems to be good, I am hyper mobile and am really having a lot of joint issues, my other reasons is skin health and hopefully supporting my skin to shrink up a bit (haha). My physical therapist says that the collagen is better than taking the other joint supplement. Some reading I did the other day suggested that collagen peptides are easier for the body to absorb, the one I am using is hydrolyzed collagen and has vitamin C to help it absorb. Three pills in the am and 3 pills in the evening. I will probably check out the peptides once I finish this container.

Forgot to add that my skin looks and feels healthy, I was having to lotion my elbows a few months ago, now that I am taking the collagen consistently, I haven't had the need to do so.

I’m curious about this too! My face has aged 20 years in the last 3 since I’ve lost this weight and I’m wondering if that might help! 😭 Thanks for the info @dhatura!

@gz9gjg Skin health, reduce joint pain, prevent bone loss, heart health, some studies have shown help with weightloss and metabolism. Collagen is pretty much in every fiber of our bodies.

Charlenewill, I’m actually considering Neocell. I have read great reviews on it, and there are lots of before and after videos on YouTube. I found a great price online. Thanks.

Ccrai22, collagen type 1 and 3 is used for hair, skin, and nails mostly.. Type 2 is for joints. But type 1 and 3 may be consumed together and type 2 should be taken separately. Definitely worth researching :)
