Today is the second day of my diet in the New Year. I decided to just start counting from yesterday, Jan. 1. I had a little bit of trouble when I got up from a nap today because the pub mix looked really good so I probably snacked a bit more than I had wanted to. For some reason, I was hungry today. I did get encouraging news that my leg is feeling better so I was able to walk on it today and exercise. I did Denise Austin's hit the spot Pilates buns and thighs. Let me tell you, some parts of that workout were tough! But I felt really good after I got through. Tomorrow is upper body day. Well, I've lost a couple of pounds in the last two days so that is encouraging. I just need to stay away from nervous snacking. Craving salty stuff a lot. I found my keys today and tomorrow is rent day, ugh. I miss Midnight; I wished I he would come in. Isn't it the darndest thing to have to go looking for your cat, lol?
