Yesterday afternoon I have been to the nearby gym, it's just 3 minutes walking from home.
Usually I don't go there for step or aerobics anymore, since they are very light workouts and also because I prefer going swimming or climbing. I followed the good advice by Helewis, and went anyway.
The class went amazingly well. There was the very tough teacher, I remember her from one of my first times at that gym, back when I was close to 70kg (150lbs) and wasn't able to walk fast for 20 minutes in a row.
Well, I have been able to do all exercises and did not even feel tired afterwords! When the class started my head was still full of negative thoughts. Afterwords I started to feel good again!
It's not completely over, but at least my mind had some rest :)
Once back home, after dinner, I applied some ideas a guy gave me about decorating old t-shirts. Well, I felt very creative and so active! I went to sleep at 2am, just because I wanted to finish decorating my last t-shirt!
So, now I have a Union Jack t-shirt, a t shirt with amsterdam houses' drawings (yellow on blue fabric) and a beige boring mini dress made very colorful. I am already thinking about next art attack :)
Today I'll go to my old work place. I am not so happy about being there, but at least the is going to be some nice colleague. I'm super bored of being home doing nothing. At the same time, I am very scared of starting working in a new place, with new tasks and new people. I am always scared of not being good enough at what I do (even if usually it turns up I am pretty good... it's a bit like the mirror story).
Will write more later on today.
Have a good time, fatsecreters!
NIGHT UPDATE: here are the pics of my "hacked" tshirts and dress.
A plain red tee turned into a Union Jack like one.
A plain blue tee with a drawing of Amsterdam's roofs in yellow.
A plain beige dress with some extra color now :)
I used pure acrilic colors and a very small roll paint brush (I hope it's the correct English name...).
