Took the dogs on a brisk walk around the block. The 'block' is about 1.5 miles distance. very warm and muggy this morning, but it was good. probably a little long in the humidity for Shadow, who is 10 years old, but I kept my eye on him. both dogs enjoyed the long outing. I was glad to get some exercise and steps done. supposed to rain later. have a great day.
