Weather today has been superb here in Scotland. Gardening must surely have burned some calories. Hopefully by the end of the week I will have lost the 11 lbs I gained on my week's holiday. Why Oh why wasn't I sensible while I was away. The enjoyment I had eating it all doesn't make up for the horror I felt when I stood on the scales on my return. Back on the straight and narrow for good!
