Yesterday has been such a nice day! Ihave done plenty f things I needed to, before 3pm. Then went to the public library, to start putting togehter ideas for the book. Then went grocery shopping for dinner, cooked. The zucchini pesto turned out to be very tasty! Had a wonderful time with guests! I bought cookies, since I decided to start eating them again and run the risk to keep them at home. So far the package is still there ;) I relaxed so much yesterday night!
Today I am planning to do a lot of small things here in town. Will be walking for few hours in a row. It's snowy again, but it's ok. I have been invited to a carnival party tonight, but really don't know whether to go or not, since I don't know how to dress up and I feel like staying home and watching a movie.
Food-wise I have eaten a lot of former forbidden food. Had no cravings and did not overeat. Went over rdi 2 times, so I will try to worout tomorrow in order to compensate. Somehow, I feel way less guilty than before in eating "normal" food and I seem to digest it well. I don't care too much about the weight. I would like to loose a few puounds still, but within the next five months.
During the past week, i felt even happier and more motivated than before Xmas. I am so glad my mood improved that much!
