Yippee! Under 190 lbs finally! Mostly cutting my bad carbs/sugar, portion control, eating healthier and avoiding eating late at night so I can burn the calories during the day by being more active. Any more suggestions would be great! I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great rest of the day! 😊
