Finally made it to 185! Next small goal is 180. I am still classified Class 1 Obese but I am going to work hard at it it by eating healthier, cutting carbs/sugar and being more active. My fasting blood sugar dropped by 20 points! I hope everyone is doing well and achieves the goals they set too!
