MommyDoc's Logboek, 02 mrt 13

Wow, this moving thing has been the hardest one yet, even though I had movers, I moved a lot myself. Between that and getting the old place cleaned up (amazing what was under everything!) my body hurts in places I didn't know I had! You would think all the activity (and steps) would result in a lower weight but no such luck! How frustrating! I do admit that I had some carbs (crab rangoon two days and some jap chap noodles that are made out of yams) those two days but still stuck pretty close to plan. Oh well, I will be continuing to get lots of exercise with the unpacking that will take a week or more!!
