I haven't even started my diet yet, so I guess I am saying that I am trying to "enjoy" some luxuries before I take them away. I went to the grocery store yesterday and bought all fresh fruits, veggies and healthy snacks.. however, its only Saturday and my diet starts on Monday... and my man is already guilt tripping me over "fatty foods" the moment I get up. He is eating a biscuit with butter and wants me to do the same, I would rather have sausage and egg on mine but its "unhealthy" --yes I know but give me a little slack would ya?? Granted biscuits and butter aren't healthy either!
Now I have no appeitite and feel guilty of eating anything right now. This day started out just freaking WONDERFUL. UGH.
