(10/08/07): Day 1 of DETOX

Meal 1 - plaine white non-fat yogurt & 2 large strawberries
Meal 2 - 2 slices of watermelon, cucumbers & carrots
*took my med

Meal 3 - grapes, carrots, celery & cherried tomato
Meal 4 - bananna & 1/2 orange


*LOTS OF WATER THROUGH OUT THE DAY.


I'm not verry creative w/ my meals just yet but I've been browsing through the recipes and hopefully will get to eat some of them... actually I think I'll call my mom up and tell her to make them! (lol) She is on the diet as well!!!

Sounds good but just make sure you eat enough protein like the brown rice, lentils, or beans.

Mindy is right - you need the protein (that's what helps you to lose the weight while you're exercising).
