Went to the gym last night and did 30 mins on the cross trainer... 248 calories burned, it hurt ALOT!!! my cardio is so bad! Gym again tonight and kickboxing on Thursday, every little helps I suppose... Iāve started leaving my car at home when I go to the gym or In to town and using my bike instead... eating has been ok today, not perfect but Bethan it was.
