It is funny .. the minute you start with a diet you think ... eat ... eat ... I am hungry ... all in the head ... So far not this time!
My food choices are low fat and low calories so that I can eat high volumes at a time. Having Ostrich steak tonight ... whoop whoop!
Let's see what the scale says on Monday morning when I weigh in for the 1st time!!
