(10/09/07): Day 2 of DETOXMeal 1 - plaine white non-fat yogurt & 2 large strawberries Meal 2 - grapes & carrots Meal 3 - watermelon, celery, & carrots Meal 4 - bananna, celery & carrots*LOTS OF WATER I really appreciate all of the comments and advice. I kinda decided to start this last minute so completely forgot to get the protein in there. (My Journal lags by a day, so I'm officially on day 3) but I looked at some of the recipes recommended for phase I & alot of them contain beans & rice, so I'll be implementing them later on this week!
