Been sick with an acute gastrointestinal something or other.. not allowed to eat for a while, clear liquids and only if I am able to eat something --like yogurt .. this bites.
figures the day I start my diet, I can't even follow it.

Awwww honey I hope you feel better. Well I guess in a way its kind of the same ;). Maybe you can just do 15-30 mins of some kind of exercise until then as well. Its ok mamma you got your book read it up and just start preparing*
