Are you eating enough food. Are you having any of the protein like the egg whites, brown rice, beans, or lentils. You are doing good, but I think you need tio increase the protein.

Mindy Cherry is right, in order to lose the weight you need to add the protein...you are doing awesome don't get us wrong, but you need to add a little more in order to make it really work for you!
