Moosesmom's Logboek, 23 jul 08

So far so good. I am still doing well with my meals but sometimes get the urge to drink a diet coke!!! But I keep telling myself that next week it will be. I'm hoping this little journal will help me to stay focus on the long term goal. I normally will do something full force and then I quit. No reason. I think I get bored easy. So I am changing my excersice routine with some walking, racquetball and anything that looks fun. I have also changed my iPod with some upbeat music that keeps me motivated.

Keep up the good work. I finally finished phase 1 took me almost 3 weeks. Was so happy to complete it. Now that I am on phase 2 I find my self basically following phase 1 having a piece of fish or chicken feels like a treat now.
