I'm super sore today! Yesterday my fiance and I helped my Dad fill sand around the house. OMG I haven't used these muscles in awhile!! I also have started taking about 4-6 alfalfa tablets (from Shaklee) daily that seem to helped ease the sinus pressure and help with the allergies :) YAY!!

Alfalfa tablets?! Let me know how they help with your allergies please! And awesome job on lugging the sand around, I looooove exercise that is also yard or house work :] 2 birds with one stone lol Great job!

Shae - The Alfalfa tablets have helped!! Believe it or not, my eyes arent as swollen and my sinuses have relaxed! I take the tablets before bed so that they're in my system when I take the Zyrtec :)
